Return Policy
We want every member to feel confident about their plan. This return policy explains how refunds, cancellations and plan switches work for our digital meal planning subscriptions. It supplements our terms of use.
1. The 14-day comfort window
If you purchase a Trial Week, Monthly Plan or Family Quarterly subscription and decide within 14 days of your first plan delivery that the service is not the right fit, write to us at ask-us@phoryzenvod.world and we will issue a full refund of the most recent payment. No long forms, no automated calls.
2. Beyond the comfort window
After the first 14 days, refunds are issued on a prorated basis for unused weeks within an active billing cycle. Whole completed weeks are not refundable, since the personalized planning work has already been delivered to you.
3. Cancellations
You can cancel any subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and no further charges are made. Plans you have already received remain available for your personal reference indefinitely.
4. Switching between plans
You may switch between Trial Week, Monthly and Family Quarterly plans at the start of any new billing cycle at no charge. If you wish to switch mid-cycle, we will apply the unused portion of your current plan as credit toward the new one.
5. How to request a refund or change
To start a refund, cancellation or plan switch, please email ask-us@phoryzenvod.world with your full name, the email address used to subscribe, and a short note about what you would like to change. We confirm receipt within one working day and process eligible refunds within 7 business days back to the original payment method.
6. Things we cannot refund
- Plans that have already been delivered and used in full.
- Subscriptions cancelled outside the 14-day comfort window for completed weeks of service.
- Charges incurred by your bank or payment provider, such as currency conversion fees.
7. Service interruptions
If, for any reason, we are unable to deliver a planned weekly menu on time, the affected week is automatically credited to your account or refunded at your preference.
8. Statutory rights
This policy does not affect any rights you have under applicable consumer protection law in your jurisdiction. Where local law provides stronger protections than this policy, those protections apply.
9. Updates to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be communicated to active members by email.
